The Founder & Chairman, Mr. Sangthankima received an impulsive divine calling in the year 1988- a call to father destitute, orphans, physically and mentally disabled persons and alcoholics, as found in St. Luke, Chapter 14:21 of the Bible.
In response to the call, he gathered his old friends and collected this type of people and look after them in an improvised shed at the outskirts of Champhai Town. Here he started his healing work with astonishing success. A large number of needy people came and he also received from many other places.
In 1990, he moved to Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram with his team and continued his Mission. Then, they shifted to their present location. Zuangtui; a vast plot if land and a convenient location at the outskirts of Aizawl, which was donated by Mr. K.Thangzual (Rtd. C.E.,P.W.D). Better establishment and administration became much more convenient. Under Registration of Societies Act 1860, the organization was registered and bears a Registration No. SR-18/91.
Their patients include, orphans, destitute, mentally retarded, physically handicapped, alcoholics and drug addicts. The nature of healing process administered here is unique-love, dedication and Evangelisation.
The dedication and missionary zeal that the workers exhibit here evoke attention, appreciation and sympathy from the local people. Most of the financial requirements of this organization were met through donation from sympathetic people and other local organizations and they also earn from the daily manual labour.
